Tata Power to Buy Out BP Stake in Solar JV

  • Tata Power Ltd (TTPW.NS) said on Tuesday it would buy out BP Alternative Energy Holding's (BP.L) 51 percent stake in joint venture Tata BP Solar.Tata BP Solar will continue to access some BP technology until 2013 through a separate agreement, Tata Power said. Financial details of the deal were not immediately available.
