  • Il&Fs Transportation Networks Limited has informed the Exchange that the Company had submitted its Expression of Interest to the Chongqing Expressway Group Company Limited ("CEG") for acquisition of 49% Equity interest in Chongqing Yuhe Expressway Co., Ltd, which operates 58 Kms of Yu He Expressway in Chongqing, located in Southwest China, with the toll concession rights till 2032. Further the Company would like to inform that the Company has been selected as the preferred bidder.
