  • Shiv-Vani Oil & Gas Exploration Services Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 13, 2012 have : (1) Co-opted Mr. Shri Sachikanta Mishra, the Nominee of IFCI Ltd as independent director with effect from February 13, 2012; and (2) Approved for transferring the Company''s participation interest in the two Oil Blocks viz. MZ-ONN-2004/1 and AA-ONN-2004/1 in subsidiary company(ies). These Oil Blocks are in joint ventures with Oil India Limited in which the Company''s participating interest is 15%. The necessary consent of the shareholders, if required, be obtained in due course through postal ballot.
