Power Finance Corporation Pays Rs 486.53 Cr Interim Dividend

  • Power Finance Corporation Ltd on Friday paid an interim dividend of Rs 486.53 crore to power ministry.In the financial year 2011-12, the company paid an all time high interim dividend of 50% amounting to Rs 659.97 crore on its paid up equity share capital.Government holds 73.72% of paid-up capital of the company and the balance 26.28% is held by public.
