Settle Gurgaon E-Way Row in 15 Days: HC

  • In a reprieve to the Gurgaon expressway concessionaire, the Delhi High Court has given it 15 days to work out a solution with the National Highways Authority of India, after the latter slapped a notice terminating the developer's contract to run the corridor.An NHAI official said both parties told court on Thursday that they had held two rounds of talks in the past two weeks. "While the concessionaire pleaded for more time to hold talks, NHAI suggested the process could be completed in a fortnight. The court agreed," he said.
