Gurgaon E-Way Developer Looks for Way Out

  • The Delhi high court has given 15 days' time to the Gurgaon expressway concessionaire to work out a solution with the National Highways Authority of India over termination of its contract.Resident groups in Gurgaon, meanwhile, have given it time till January 29 for removing the toll plaza, failing which they propose to intensify their agitation. A Delhi-Gurgaon Super Connectivity Ltd (DGSCL) official said the developer was hopeful of finding a solution within the time grant by court. He said the company would soon submit all necessary documents and their views to NHAI.
