  • C. REASONS FOR SHORTFALL

    Reasons for shortfall

    ONGC (Mumbai High Offshore)

    Less than anticipated oil gain from development wells. Production effected due to high GOR/high water cut and less than anticipated oil gain from Vasai East. Less line condensate receipt from Off-shore.

    OIL (Assam/Arunanchal Pradesh)

    Loss due to Economic Blockade called by Moran Students' Union in Tinsukiadistrict.

  • A statement showing Crude Oil Production during December, 2011 and cumulatively for the period April- December, 2011 vis-à-vis 2010-11 planned production is at Annexure-I.

  • The crude throughput in IOC (Guwahati,Koyali, Mathura, Panipat & Haldia), BPCL (Mumbai & Kochi), HPCL (Mumbai & Visakh), MRPL (Mangalore), ONGC Tatipaka and RIL Jamnagar refineries have exceeded their planned target.

  • The crude throughput in IOC (Barauni, Bongaigaon & Digboi), CPCL (Manali & Narimanam (CBR), NRL (Numaligarh), & EOL (Vadinar) refineries was less than their planned target.

  • C. REASONS FOR SHORTFALL

    ONGC (Mumbai High Off-shore)

    Less than anticipated production from C- Series and B-22 field. Delayed development of rig in North Tapti. 

    PRIVATE/JVC (Assam)

    Wells are being optimised due to high GOR problem in few wells. Natural delclinesof the CB -ON/7 field and increase in water cut.

    PRIVATE/JVC (West Bengal)

    CBM produced in small quantities are being internally used and flared and no market in near vicinity.

    PRIVATE/JVC (Rajasthan)

    Gas production is less due to decline in NANG production from RDG field.
