Essar Berths First Minicape in India; Creates New Segment of 1,05,000 DWT

  • Gujarat saw berthing of the first MiniCape vessel in India "MV Kamlesh" by Essar Shipping (ESL). On its maiden voyage to Hazira, the vessel is carrying 100000 tonnes of coal from Australia for Essar Steel.The Essar Shipping Ltd stock was trading at Rs.34.50, up by Rs.0.90 or 2.68%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.35.60 and low of Rs.33.50.The total traded quantity was 0.61 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 1 lakhs.
