<p style="text-align:justify"><span style="color:#696969"><span style="font-size:11px"><span style="font-family:arial">MLA of Saikul Assembly Constituency Yamthong Haokip has announced that blacktopping of all roads under his constituency would be completed by 2016.&nbsp;</span></span></span><span style="color:rgb(105, 105, 105); font-family:arial; font-size:11px; line-height:1.6em">He was speaking during the handover ceremony of a newly blacktopped 2.5 kilometre long road to the villagers of Wunghon Village on 31.12.2013 .</span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="color:#696969"><span style="font-size:11px"><span style="font-family:arial">Yamthong further said that proper development of roads and bridges in Saikul A/C is his first priority.</span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="color:#696969"><span style="font-size:11px"><span style="font-family:arial">Poor roads and bridges in Saikul are due to the negligence of past MLAs of the constituency.</span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="color:#696969"><span style="font-size:11px"><span style="font-family:arial">The road at Wungkhon Village has been developed by State PWD under the Special Plan Assistance, the MLA noted.</span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="color:#696969"><span style="font-size:11px"><span style="font-family:arial">Source-On Request</span></span></span></p>
