MoPNG prepares for India-Saudi Energy Consultations in Riyadh

The Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas has written to the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) informing them about the details of the delegation scheduled to visit Riyadh for the India-Saudi Energy Consultations scheduled from 6 to 08.01.2014, and requested political clearance for the same. 

The MoPNG states that MoS (PNG) will led a delegation to participate in the second round of India-Saudi Energy Consultations in Riyadh from 06-08.01.2014 excluding journey time. The composition of the delegation is as under:

  1. MoS (PNG)-Leader
  2. PS to MoS (PNG)
  3. JS (IC), MoPNG
  4. Representative from OVL
  5. Representative from GAIL
  6. Representative from IOCL representing the OMCs
  7. Representative from Essar Oil Ltd.

With regard to these nominated officials, the MoPNG has requested the MEA to grant them political clearance so they may attend the confernece.
