Range clearance Notification for air/ sea

The Directorate General of Hydrocarbons (DGH) has written to the Head of Excom regarding the range clearance Notification for air/ sea, under Seaward Artillery Practice Act 1949 and Rules 1978.

With reference to above subject, the DGH has shared a letter from Ministry of Defence (MoD) on "Range Clearance Notification for air/ sea: Under Seaward Artillery Practice Act 1949 & Rules 1978" intimating that Experimental Flight Trial rescheduled with Danger zones between 07.01.2014 to 09.01.2014 in place of 09.01.2014 to 10.01.2014.

The DGH reiterates the MoD’s request to temporarily hold exploration activity in the Danger zones notified in order to keep away the shipping and air traffic during above period, and inform directly to Department of Space, under intimation to DGH/ MoPNG.
