CCL to install CCTVs in Coal mines

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color:#696969"><span style="font-size:11px"><span style="font-family:arial">Amid rising incidents of theft from coal mines and offices of Central Coalfields Limited, the company has decided to install CCTV cameras in all places, including mines. The district police headquarters recently directed all area general managers to strengthen internal security in a bid to check theft from CCL mines. Acting on these directives, CCL has started stepped up security.</span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color:#696969"><span style="font-size:11px"><span style="font-family:arial">Ajit Kumar Chaudhary, GM of the Rajrappa area, said steps have been taken to install CCTV cameras in various places including offices, mines and workshops, for surveillance. &quot;CCTV surveillance system will help security personnel identify thieves with the help of local police,&quot; Chaudhary said. &quot;Theft has become a major concern for not just the CCL management but also for police and administration,&quot; he added.</span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color:#696969"><span style="font-size:11px"><span style="font-family:arial">Installation of CCTVs has been initiated in CCL areas that come under Ramgarh district, including Argada, Kuju and Barka-Sayal area.
