Litigation before High Court of Allahabad and its Bench at Lucknow. </span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-left:0in; margin-right:1.0pt; text-align:justify"><span style="color:#696969"><span style="font-size:11px"><span style="font-family:arial">Settlement of fee bills of Additional Solicitor General of India, Allahabad for conducting Central Govt. Litigation before High Court of Allahabad and its Bench at Lucknow.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-left:0in; margin-right:1.45pt; text-align:justify"><span style="color:#696969"><span style="font-size:11px"><span style="font-family:arial">It has come to the notice of this Department that there is unnecessary delay in settling the fee bills of Additional Solicitor General of India, Allahabad by various Administrative Ministries/Departments of Central Government.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-left:.25pt; margin-right:0in; text-align:justify"><span style="color:#696969"><span style="font-size:11px"><span style="font-family:arial">Additional Solicitor General of India, Allahabad has been made in-charge before High Court of Allahabad and its Bench at Lucknow. As such the Additional Solicitor General of India, Allahabad is the overall in-charge and responsible for taking care of UOI&#39;s litigation before the High Court of Allahabad and its bench at Lucknow.&nbsp;&nbsp; The Additional Solicitor General for Allahabad High Court can appear assisted by Standing Counsel/Panel Counsel to represent the UOI in the High Courts.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-left:.25pt; margin-right:0in; text-align:justify"><span style="color:#696969"><span style="font-size:11px"><span style="font-family:arial">All the Ministries / Departments of Central Government are therefore requested to settle the pending professional fee bills of Additional Solicitor General of India, Allahabad on urgent basis as per the terms and conditions as contained in Law Officers (conditions of service) Rules, 1987 and as amended from time to time.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-left:.25pt; margin-right:0in; text-align:justify"><span style="color:#696969"><span style="font-size:11px"><span style="font-family:arial">Source:SNP Infra Research</span></span></span></p>
