IRB Infrastructure Developers' subsidiaries sign agreements with NHAI

Yedeshi Aurangabad Tollway Pvt. Ltd. Wholly-owned Subsidiary of IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd, has now executed Concession Agreement with NHAI for the project of Four Laning of Yedeshi - Aurangabad section of NH-211 from km 100.000 to km 290.200 (Design Length 190 km) in the State of Maharashtra to be executed as BOT (Toll) on DBFOT Pattern under NHDP Phase - IV.

IRB Ahmedabad Vadodara Super Express Tollway Pvt. Ltd as well as IRB Tumkur Chitradurga Tollway Pvt. Ltd - Wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Company, have executed with NHAI "Supplementary Agreement to Concession Agreement" in respect of the Scheme of Deferment of Premium approved by NHAI. The Scheme will be applicable to both Projects from FY14-15 onwards.

Shares of IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd. was last trading at INR 214.1 as compared to the previous close of INR 209.2. The total number of shares traded during the day was 660492 in over 11571 trades. The stock hit an intraday high of INR 215 and intraday low of 209.35. The net turnover during the day was INR 140574101.
