Eleven Coal Mines to Be Auctioned Soon : Will it Bring More Relief to Power Sector?

The government plans to soon auction about 11 coal mines which could not be sold in the first two phases of the recent coal block auctions.

Many of these mines are reaedy to produce or producing mines.These mines will create opportunity for coal based power plants with stranded capacity and power projects which are in construction phase. These ready to use coal blocks will speed up the coal production process and will save cost & time for the devlopers. There may be tough competation among the bidders for these mines.Tough competation among bidders will help government to generate more revenue from this auction.
