SunEdison, the largest renewable energy development company in the world by generation capacity, on Tuesday announced it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Mumbai-based Continuum Wind Energy.

The domestic manufactured low cost product will reduce the CAPEX expenditure on renewable projects and make these projects more viable.
