The ambitious plan of building 73 strategic roads as a part of  Indian border - strengthning plan is delayed more than 6 years with 82% of the work remains unfinished. This questions the security along Sino Indian borders which is famous for chinese transgressions where china has better connectivity than indian troops. These roads are  very critical for the security of India as they are expected to reduce the travel time as well as provide logistical support along the borders.
