Rajasthan Aggressive Mode Towards Solar Energy

Rajasthan cabinet today cleared Rs 1.56 lakh crore worth investments in solar energy sector in the state, aimed at generating 26,000 MW of solar energy.

Rajasthan has taken an aggressive mode on adding upon the solar capacity in its total RE mix. Following their path plan in solar policy which promises a capacity addition of 25 GW solar power. In future it is interesting to see that whether Rajasthan breaks benchmark set by Madhya Pradesh or go with big player and trade at high tariff like in Tamil nadu.
