Delay in Tariff Revision may Unease the Sourcing of Fund

Problem exist in sourcing fund by the distribution companies like Andhra Pradesh/Telangana and Tamil Nadu is not because of AT&C loss (10%-18%)  but due to accumulated regulatory assets.  This may be overcome only by the timely tariff revision of the discoms.
