Complete electrification by March 2018, Reality or Myth ?

 

Achievement of completate electrification of village, before the scheduled deadline justifies government 's commitment towards "Electricity for All'. However, though villages are electrified as per definition mentioned in electricty act, yet electrification of all the households of the country is a distant objective. 

However, governemnt might choose to create micro grid or decentarllised generation method for the remote places, where development of grid would be  technically not feasible and economically not viable.
