Cheaper EVs for India, an Indispensable Requirement for Sale

Govt has been favoring electric vehicles for a long time now and if car makers are able to bring down the price to an affordable range as a conventional car, manufacturers will get a huge market with favorable policies in place to boost their sale. This might hamper conventional automobile industry but will open a parallel electric market as well. To make these cars  more appealing to a common man, Govt and the companies need to come up with a plan to make battery recharging pocket and time friendly and make recharging infrastructure as convenient as petrol pumps are to conventional cars.
