These regulation may instantiate securing timelines for connectivity with CTU, but inadequate transmission infrastructure is poised to deter objective of said regulations.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:calibri,sans-serif; font-size:10pt">Dissimilar commission timelines of Transmission system &amp; Renewable project has uneased timely commissioning of RE projects. Connectivity is based on first come first serve basis and those applying at later stages has to wait for augmentation of sub-station capacities. To provide a resolution to such problems, government must shift focus on enhancing transmission capabilities else stalled renewable project urging for connectivity may soon become Non Performing Assets.&nbsp; &nbsp;</span></p>
