76% of Renewable targets seems to be met by 2022 in amidst of myriad of challenges in the renewables industry

<p><span style="font-size:9.0pt">Renewable Energy segment in amidst of challenges and uncertainties is experiencing a slowdown in achieving installed capacities targets. Many of research firms have forecasted that India may not achieve targets as set by government. Renewable industry in India is facing multifarious challenges like inadequate power evacuation facilities, uncertainty in GST imposition, additional burden of imposition safeguard duty and cancellation of auctions risks which jeopardises investor confidence. Such gloomy factors have led to short-term uptick in solar prices.
