MRPL appointment of Director

  • Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Ltd has informed BSE that Dr. D Chandrasekharam has been appointed as an Independent Director on the Board of the Company with immediate effect vice Smt. Usha Thorat, pursuant to the nomination of ONGC the parent company, in terms of clause 6.1 of the Guidelines on Corporate Governance of Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSE) issued by Department of Public Enterprises (DPE), Government of India.
